Collaborate with the Engineers to create efficient methods and maintain
Develop the specifications for all equipment that is required for each
Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data.
Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures.
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering
Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project’s status.
Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project’s profitability.
Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective.
Developing specifications for the project’s needed.
Creating frameworks to measure the project’s metrics and data.
Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
Ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical / Civil / mechanical engineering or a related.
4 to 6 years’ field and project planning experience preferably commercial kitchen.
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software including AutoCAD and solid works.
The ability to work with multiple discipline.
Excellent project management and supervision.
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best.
Ability to travel as and when required.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance.
2+ years of experience as a professional accountant.
Experience of using accounting software.
Knowledge of Indian accounting practices and taxation laws.
Proficiency with computers and MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy, efficiency, honesty, and responsibility. 
Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers.
Providing detailed analysis and explanation of transactions .
Working with the company’s accounts payable functions – maintaining invoice payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and managing vendor contracts.
Preparing monthly financial and various detailed reports.
Being familiar with Indian companies’ laws and be able to research and interpret new laws.
Be able to communicate and work with Indian authorities (like IT department, GST Department, etc.) for company-related work.
Work with company CA for compliance-related activities, including but not limited to financial documentation.
Facilitate all statutory audits for the company .
Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

Designing new engineering products and processes.
Crafting models and drawings of products using Solid works.a
Analyse prototype data and retest if needed.
Research new product ideas and methods.
Improve existing products and processes.
Ensure products are user- and environment-friendly.
Finding creative design solutions to problems.
Presenting prototypes and designs to customers and project managers.
Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers.
Generation and Control of Bill of Materials (BOM), Engineering Drawings and nesting.
Maintaining accurate records & writing detailed reports.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
A sound knowledge of Solid work, technical drawings & 2D,3D modelling.
An excellent grasp of engineering and design ideas.
An understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods of commercial
kitchen equipment.
Knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software not essential however will be an
added advantage.
Independently determine approach and assigned tasks.
Strong PC skills, including MS office.
3-6 years’ experience as a Design Engineer in Commercial kitchen equipment’s or
refrigeration industry.
